During Art Basel Miami Beach 2021, ArtRepublic partnered with wellness icon Dr. Deepak Chopra and The Chopra Foundation to merge art, technology, and wellbeing in a high-profile, multi-platform activation. Through a curated NFT auction on SuperRare, large-scale public digital installations, and an open meditation event, ArtRepublic positioned its partners at the intersection of innovation, culture, and purpose—engaging both the digital art community and the broader public in a meaningful conversation about art’s role in social impact.

Experience Design

Public Engagement

Led by Dr. Deepak Chopra, a public meditation during Miami’s Flagler Street Art Festival aligned the activation with wellness and mindfulness. The accessible programming attracted both the art world and the local community, making the experience inclusive and far-reaching.

Immersive Installations

In Downtown Miami, a 24-foot Monolith digital display showcased forty curated artworks selected for their visual storytelling and symbolic use of light. Featured artists included BREAKFAST, REO, Zach Lieberman, Marcus Smith, and Zach Lieberman, each contributing to the atmosphere of innovation and reflection.

NFT Auction

Curated by Jessica Santiago on SuperRare, the auction celebrated artists pushing the boundaries of digital creativity. Notable sales included BREAKFAST Studio at $79,833 (18 ETH), REO at $50,000 (10 ETH), Marcus Smith at $8,681 (2 ETH, his first NFT), and Zach Lieberman at $26,042 (6 ETH). Ten percent of proceeds benefited Teen Cancer America, underscoring the project’s social impact.

Impact for Partners

The activation positioned sponsors as a forward-thinking leaders integrating art and wellness into global cultural platforms. It amplified SuperRare’s role as a marketplace for meaningful, socially conscious NFT drops, achieving high sales and record-breaking results for participating artists. Sponsors such as MoonPay, 0x Society, 2 Punks Capital, PORTL, Red DAO, and the Haskell Foundation received significant visibility through branding across public installations, auction platforms, and event programming. The collaboration delivered mainstream media and public attention by merging NFT innovation with accessible wellness programming, expanding the reach beyond traditional crypto audiences.
